3-POINT/PULL TYPE LIMITED WARRANTY lronCraft (the “Manufacturer”) warrants, only to the original Purchaser, this equipment will be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service, for one (1) year from the date of purchase providing this equipment is purchased for individual use only. Commercial use is limited, ONLY select models will be covered under a 90-day Limited Warranty (see models listed under Commercial Coverage). This warranty does not apply to any equipment which has been damaged or which has been subjected to change, misuse, negligence, abnormal wear and tear, alterations, tampering, or failure to follow operating instructions. This warranty does not cover any product or parts not manufactured by lronCraft. Be sure to follow all recommended Horsepower Requirements as outlined under product specifications, in order to prevent warranty from being Void due to usage being outside designed specifications for all products. Non-Covered items This warranty does not cover normal wear items, including but not limited to, bearings, hoses, ground engaging parts such as, teeth, blades, driveline slip clutch, cutting edges, pilot bits, auger teeth and broom bristles. This warranty does not cover maintenance, service or adjustments. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper maintenance. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper application, installation, adjustment or setup. This warranty does not cover improper modifications of product. This warranty is void if any components have been disassembled, i.e. pumps, gear boxes, motors. Specially modified attachments built by IronCraft to meet your customer’s needs shall not be warranted by IronCraft. This warranty does not cover replacement parts not supplied by IronCraft. lronCraft 3-Point and Pull Type rotary cutters have a five (5) year Limited Warranty* on gearbox components provided they have been properly maintained** and have not been subjected to abuse or misuse except as limited below. IronCraft 3-Point Rotary Tillers & Post Hole Diggers have a one (1) year Limited Warranty* on gearbox components provided they have been properly maintained** and have not been subject to abuse or misuse except as limited below. *Gearbox warranty limitations: Warranty is one (1) year for seals unless seals are damaged from debris wrapped around the input and or output shaft of the gearbox. After one year, seals are considered to be wearing parts, and the replacement is the owner’s responsibility. Gearboxes that are subject to warranty may be replaced with new or rebuilt gearboxes at the discretion of IronCraft. Shearbolts for Rotary Cutters must be approved Grade 2, 1/2″ x 3″ Shearbolts for 3-Point Post Hole Diggers must be approved Grade 5, 5/16’’ x 2-1/2’’ Commercial units listed under Commercial Coverage Coverage will have ONLY a 90-Day Limited Gearbox Warranty **NOTE: “properly maintained” specifically includes, but is not limited to: Running gearboxes with the proper amount of correct lubricant. We will not credit back parts that were ordered direct from our parts department. The warranty department will ship out the required parts to complete the warranty repair once claim has been reviewed and approved. Warranty Statement Our obligation under this Limited Warranty shall be solely limited to repairing or replacing any part (see non­ covered items) free of charge that, according to our judgment, show evidence of a defect in quality of workmanship or materials for the stated (12) month warranty period. All defective parts will be routed at IronCraft discretion with freight or delivery charges to be prepaid. This Limited Warranty shall not be interpreted to render IronCraft liable for any injury or damage to persons, business or property of any kind nor expenses or losses incurred for labor, supplies, substitute machinery rental, or for any other reason. Repair or replacement parts are subject to the supply conditions at the time of repair or replacements, which may directly affect our ability to obtain material and/or replacements parts. IronCraft reserves the right to make improvements in design or changes in specifications at any time without incurring any obligations to owners of previously purchased units. No one but IronCraft is allowed to alter, modify or enlarge this warranty nor the exclusions, limitation and reservation at any time. Procedures For Obtaining Warranty Skid Steer Service RGA (Returning Goods Authorization) Policy: If repairs are required, IronCraft must obtain a RGA number from the Manufacturer of the defective part and proof of purchase. RGA and services are rendered by IronCraft only. Any responsibility of shipping costs on any item returned for repair is at the discretion of IronCraft. All returned parts must have a RGA number written clearly on the outside of the package along with a Service Request Form and the defective part. No COD packages will be accepted. No package will be accepted without a RGA number written on the outside of the package. RGA numbers are only valid for 30 days from the date of issue. All replacement parts shipped out will need a PO# from the original IronCraft customer. If the Defective part is rendered non-warranty the PO# will be invoiced for the replacement part.. Should you have any problems with your Attachments, please follow these procedures to obtain the service: Call the Warranty Department (336) 859-2002 ext 215. Photo’s serial and model #’s of the attachment and parts in question will need to be obtained with a description of the problem. Upon a warranted issue go to ironcraftusa.com, click on the warranty tab and fill in the warranty claim form. IronCraft will retain a RGA# from the manufacturer of the defective part. If all information above is fulfilled the manufacturer will issue a RGA# A PO# is required from the original IronCraft customer. PO#’s will only be invoiced in the event that the defective part is un-warranted. IronCraft will ship a replacement part with a service request form and RGA #, with the manufactures address and instructions for returning the defective part with delivery charges to be prepaid for evaluation. Once the defective part is warranted by the manufacturer. IronCraft will be issued a credit and the PO# will be void. If the manufacturer finds that the defective part is not warranted the PO# will be invoiced for the replacement part. In the event that renders the attachment be returned to IronCraft for repair, IronCraft will make arrangements for pick up and return. Repairs will be performed by IronCraft qualified technicians. Non-warranted issues will be discussed, and repairs will be performed upon agreement of the owner, and payment for parts, shipping, and labor will be issued. Under this warranty, the Manufacturer will repair or replace any part which the Manufacturer determines has failed during the period of the warranty due to defects in material or workmanship. After written approval by the manufacturer, the equipment or defective part must be returned to lronCraft.
